Check Your Deal

Already agreed or thinking about making/accepting settlement proposals? Let’s check it. Complete our online questionnaire and provide details of the agreement or prospective agreement and we will provide you with a written report highlighting anything that may need further consideration before you make it legal.

Make it Legal

You’ve agreed. Now make it binding. Any agreement reached about the treatment of your finances post-divorce will only be binding upon the courts once it has been incorporated into a financial order and approved by a judge. Complete our online questionnaire and we’ll convert your agreement into a draft financial order for court-submission, along with the accompanying statement of financial information.

Not separating? We can assist in drafting nuptial agreements about the treatment of your finances in divorce. For more information, please submit an online enquiry where we will tell you more.
